When the peace monks walked through DC earlier this year they said, “If we are not mindful, we live with stress. Mindfulness is something we must live with every second, every breath.” Their words were a simple and powerful reminder that mindfulness isn’t about escaping our lives—it’s about learning how to meet them with greater steadiness and ease.
This 4-week, online introductory mindfulness course offers practical, research-supported tools to help you slow down, steady your nervous system, and respond more skillfully to everyday challenges. Through short talks, guided practices, and simple micro-practices you can use in real life, you’ll learn how to integrate mindfulness into even the busiest days.
Next 4 week series begins October 8, 2026. We’ll meet on Zoom from 12–1pm on four Thursdays: October 8, 15, 22 & 29.
We will limit registration to 12 people for a more intimate experience, so please register soon. Pay what you can pricing per class in the tradition of dana.
